The NFC East will be much improved in 2016, which is good for fantasy football.

The NFC East has a long, storied tradition of excellence, including four consecutive Super Bowl victories over the Buffalo Bills.

Lately, but for the random Giants championship, the NFC East has floundered in mediocrity. This year, all four NFC East rivals should be better than in recent years.

If Tony Romo can stay healthy, the Cowboys can't help but improve. If Kirk Cousins and Jordan Reed continue to blossom, the Redskins should be tough again. If Eli and OBJ can get any help at all from the Giants' pass defense, the Giants should be decent. And if the Eagles can undo what Chip Kelly did, well, they'll still be the Eagles, only a little better.
