The Green Bay Packers will not be the only relevant team in the NFC North for fantasy football in 2016.

For some time, the NFC North was the Green Bay Packers, Adrian Peterson, and Calvin Johnson for fantasy purposes. Last year, that all changed - not because other fantasy stars emerged, but because the Pack fell back to the pack. I expect that to change back this year.

Aaron Rodgers and company will provide plenty of fantasy goodness. However, I also expect Matt Stafford, Ameer Abdullah, Golden Tate and others to have productive seasons for the Lions. As for the Bears, Cutler will be Cutler, but Jeffery should be healthy, we will get to see how White develops, and Langford could be a solid RB2. The Vikings defense should be stout, again, and Adrian Peterson should be Adrian Peterson, again. Beyond that, Bridgewater and his receiving corps should take a step forward, but not a big enough step to step onto my fantasy roster.
